Healthy food of course is the most sought after by people today, not a few men willing to leave that taste delicious food in order to avoid fatty foods that tend to give a lot of diseases. Such people may think that only of plant foods that are healthy. However, if nutrients are being met in a balanced way?

In fact foods that have antioxidants that we know the type of vegetable that is not necessarily healthy and nutritional needs of the human body. Vegetables only will meet most of the nutrients the human body needs each day while others must be obtained to be balanced. Well, some of the other part of it is a fatty food or animal.

Fatty food is quite rich with the nutrients needed by human body, big fat provides calories to the body so it can be easy to achieve a minimum level of calories your body needs. Human but not the least afraid of fatty foods with unhealthy reasons. Maybe they are afraid of the man who did not know that fatty foods are rich in nutrients and can also be healthy.
